The shelf is a rather odd container – it doesn't have a hitbox when placed on the wall. Unlike other wall-mounted objects, it's quite wide. However, you can easily place a wooden cabinet in the same cell. However, if you open the cabinet, you'll also have access to the shelf – it looks as if a shelf was nailed to the cabinet. Even if the cabinet is full, you can open the shelf by clicking on the small textures near the cabinet's sides.
- I think it's difficult to create a hitbox for an object on a side wall while still being able to place items underneath it, but maybe there's a way?

The metal cabinet is a good size to place it under the shelf, but it's too tight. And when the metal cabinet is full, the dagger texture on top clips through the shelf texture – it looks unsightly. Raising it just a little would be nice.
- Is it possible to make it so that more than one shelf can be placed on the wall?
Shelves look good when installed in a row. It would be nice to be able to stack several of them.
2-4 So you could create something like a bookcase wall. Either a solid wall or a "designer" wall with shelves of varying heights.
When mounted on a wall, they are installed in a specific order, for example, from top to bottom, in empty spaces. Then, any unnecessary ones can be removed, as is currently being done.
