Realm Marketplace

Right click on realm and open marketplace window, let us trade/buy/sell items within a specific realm.
But don't limit to just buying with tokens or coins, also include hat options and general trade item for item.
Bought item will be inside your hearthfire either old or new, regardless it is inside hearthfire.
Could also act as a biding system, the seller puts an item and asks either specific amount of coins, any store hat, some tokens or specific items, like some specific stat food or curios. The buyer puts the demanded or close enough to get the item, when the seller logs in and checks, they either accept the buyers offer or keep waiting for a better one.
Shouldn't have too many exploits, a simple buy/sell/trade system for being inside a realm which could work like in dead frontier, with a bit of extra of player control like in runescape where they can choose to accept the given item or wait for something better, if it doesn't do too good, they can always cancel it and both parties get back their items.

Let me know how this could be better implemented or changed up, but I think it would be great and safer for solo players to engage with trade without needing to risk going to a village.
Hopefully this will work with any trade and not just high end items, like for example a hermit over farms with crops, so now they can just sell/trade them. More of that good good themepark mmorpgs elements.

you already don't have to risk anything while trading, as long as the player is not mentally challenged and can check the charterstone surroundings before confirming the tp

this would effectively eliminate physical markets from the game, which is cringe af

The main hub town in Salem was perfect but apparently it goes against their sandbox design thinking. :|

Essentially, it's an auction house, like many MMOs.
The difference is that in most of them, you can't build, and the locations are static. Haven, on the other hand, has markets, allowing you to create your own trading zone. While this would be safer and more convenient for many players, it's not suitable for Haven, where most of the activity is player-driven.

On the other hand, there are websites where you can view market goods, and perhaps this could be somehow integrated into the game—so you can see what goods are available for purchase and sale, and their prices.

Since W9 markets are main figures of gameplay in any world, and there is so little devs did in favor of markets.
I know it's sandbox and all, but knowing how much effort to build and keep market alive is, it would be nice to have something making easier to make one.

Just don't go to the hand holding alliance market since they trade kill people.
No other markets have any history of doing this.
The world is extremely respectful when it comes to trading.

Adding your idea just removes a ton of gameplay and existing content I don't see it ever being added.
Will not consider!

The need for convince is understandable but would eliminate a lot of what makes Haven what it is. I could however support an in game way to advertise your current market wares to the realms.

An in game function to "spread the word" where your village trade stands wares will be viewable to everyone in the realm and even maybe an arrow pointing to its location.

Giving Jorbtar too much credit. Every world after 11 (10?) has had no markets for long stretches, and no markets have been as successful as world 10 CF. They have not only not supported market, they've made a myriad of changes that are actively detrimal to them.
