Ice Bear Cloak

Hello! With this being my first winter dealing with Ice bears and getting Ice bear cloaks, I was looking forward to them as an option vs the regular bear cloaks. However, I feel they might have been overlooked during the gilding rework, as in W16.2 they only have the 1 gild slot, compared the the regular bear cloak's 3 at base. Would it be possible to bring them to parity or to make Ice bear Cloaks the better option due to their scarcity?
