Top HUD missing

Hi! I logged recently into the game and my whole upper UI is missing( life bar, stamina, etc). I don't know what have I done and I use the Amber client, possibly I used some shortcut to toggle it but I've tried lots of ctrl and shift combinations with no success. Does anyone know how to do it?

Theres option in Purus Pasta to disable hiding UI:
