How to connect maps after each new session? It give new "cors" for tiles (even if it the same) and when merging them it making it separate.

Yes that's one of the issue that needs solving. For now you will need to do this manually in photoshop.

Where does client get the coordinates from? Are they legit? Or improvised?

Improvised. Player coordinates relative to the world change everytime you login..

This just popup and client doesnt start. What im doing wrong?

well I guess as a reference, when I run stich as OP says in the cmd window.
I get exception in thread "main" java.lang.NullPointerException at Stitch.main(Stich.java:26)

Check that the path to session folder is correct.

Try updating video drivers. What video card do you have?

Intel(R) HD Graphics 3000, up to date.

Make sure the drivers are up to date. In case if you have additional discrete card like NVIDIA or ATI then update those as well. But Intel 3000 should work, I am using it myself.
