Using the mouse down follow or not using it?

Where is that setting? or is it not a setting?

Edit: I click fast enough it might be triggering...

Just hold down left mouse click, or hit ALT+F (this fakes holding down the button)

I pushed a change to the grid code let me know if it goes away, basically now the grid won't bother updating at all if it's not on.

Similar to the cam bad setting, another setting I use frequently, is the bghz 100 setting.
This allows me to set the frame rate of the game while it is running in the background, can this be automatically toggled on (or set in the settings?)

Good to know, in the future I won't simply sidestep a bug by wrapping it in a try/catch block. For some reason when I first got the changes from bdew my grid stuff was throwing bufferoverflow exceptions.

Are these console commands or something?

Yes the bghz 100 is a console command.

Also can we get a setting to turn off auto-walk? It gets annoying sometimes. Thanks.

Alt-F should turn off the autowalk to cursor.

All these little hot-keyable toggles should probably get system messages...sometime in the future.

When is the last time you downloaded a new updater? That error is fixed when it downloads the client-res.jar file.

I think he actually means completely disable it including the holding LMB, which I agree and will be put in soon as I'm done with what I'm working on.

Speaking of which what I'm currently working on is a way for the client to automatically get all actions that show up when you right click things, and automagically add them to the autochoose list (this'll help keep it updated without any work on my end), as well as automagically keeping track of any new things you might want to show on the minimap (ie. tree, bushes, boulders, kritters, etc.) and adding them to the options list. So hopefully at some point there'd be a comprehensive list on your machine where you could literally toggle everything on/off on the minimap.
