Fun part is that if you close client (and it not in task manager any longer) - it doesn't stop until you restart PC. Even windows shutdown sound stuttering in that way.

Tried full client re-install and it doesn't help. Playing on win 8.1, java 8 update 66...

Could you check please if putting this into the run.bat/run_debug.bat files helps?

works fine for now. I will keep monitoring.

Crashed my PC again. Now i was monitoring temperatures as well (as I was thinking it may be the case), but even though my PC needs some de-dusting still, it was under 80 degrees max. :/ But I will report after de-dusting is complete then.

Have you tried using the default client by the way, or other custom clients?

If you want to help debug this, download https://java.net/projects/visualvm/down ... vm_138.zip

Extract somewhere, run visualvm.exe from bin folder. You should see hafen.jar in the left tree. Once the client starts dropping FPS, right click hafen.jar and select Thread Dump and also Heap Dump. Click on the arrow thingie on the left of hafen.jar and then right click on [thread dump] and [heap dump] and choose Save As and send me those files.

Another thing,
when the PC completely freezes and you do the restart, open Event Viewer (Control Panel > Administrative Tools > Event Viewer or check here http://www.computerperformance.co.uk/wi ... nt-log.htm).
Go to Windows Logs > Application. Then click Save All Events As located in the right panel and save as tab delimited file.
Do the same for Windows Logs > System.
