Make sure there no other images/files in session folder. It just dumbly loads all files from the folder and expects that there will be only tile_*_*.png files.
Will fix this eventually when I do a proper map management soft.

Having the same Error, but there is only the Stitch.Bat , Stitch.class and maptile-folders in the folder I am executing from.

Check the session folder itself, maybe some file was put there by mistake.
I will upload a fixed version later today which should provide better output for debugging problems. But for now try other stitching tools which are frankly better (although I haven't tried them myself yet), see OP for links.

Great client though, if you had the free rotate would make it 10x better.

Can you post the output from console when it crashes? Run run_debug.bat, then right click, Select All, and copy.
Free camera rotation is coming in future releases.

EDIT: oops nevermind, saw czaper2 post with the console output.

Update.

* Automatic check for updates.
* Study box locking (there is a checkbox next to "Study Report").
* Free camera rotation. Toggle under Display Settings.
* Fixed bug with map tile saving. Please download new version of Stitch.class if you use it.
* Merged upstream changes.

Crashed when i rode a horse. Also crashed later on when i killed a bat. I think it's a mob-related problem.

Thank you for a great client.

The same place to create a map superimposed on when moving in HF.
This specification? Do you have any measures?
Use Mapper-1.2.jar

Open Terminal (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zw7Nd67_aFw). Then type
Code: Select all
cd "client folder"

where client folder is the path to the client folder.
then type
Code: Select all
java -Xms512m -Xmx1024m -jar hafen.jar -U http://game.havenandhearth.com/hres/ game.havenandhearth.com

I am not sure I understand the question. But if the problem is that two different maps are getting superimposed on top of each other then the solutiuon seems to be to hold Ctrl and drag - viewtopic.php?f=49&t=40852&start=10#p540565

New release:

  • Alarm sounds on unknown and red players. Configurable under Audio Settings.
  • Option to save chat logs to disk and show timestamps. Configurable under General Settings. Chats are written into file chatlog.txt which will be created in the client folder.
  • Fixed possible rare crash when logging out.

Not sure if it's just me, but after a few minutes of playing with this client, the game freezes. No warnings, crashes or anything. Just straight-up freezes. I have no idea why it happens. The lack of flavor objects is great, but I just can't use it, it seems. Is there a : command to remove flavor objects in the normal client? :(

Is there a way to reverse the map to default? I really don't like having another window in the middle of my screen.
