Yep, mistakes were made. Clicking on the minimap will be restored in the next update.

Ctrl+N will be in as well.

Regarding the original map,
I will try to restore it and make it optional but it somewhat elaborate task as many map related features depend on the new map so it may take some time.

Could i maybe place a request to make it that when you make a stockpile you can shift click items in your inventory to add them to the stockpile.

you can already shift click to remove from a stockpile but not to add to it..

i see that patch 1.6 made it so you can no longer use the mini map to navigate .. is there a reason for that ?

i liked the point at the mini map and click to move idea

Try using shift+scroll, might help you do what you want to do.

Also @romovs, regarding restoring the original minimap code - that might be indeed way too much work for little result. My main concern is the unnecessarily wide buttons bar it has, and also (an issue for others too) the fact that you may move it by mistake - a 'lock minimap window position' button would be great and pretty much make it on-par with the vanilla one.

After the latest changes, the client no longer builds with Java 7:

Was that intentional?

The minimap clicking does not work for me after this patch.Is it just me ?

Thank you the shift+scroll is awesome didn't know about that...
And yea i agree the buttons bar is quite wide (but then maybe there will be more buttons latter on?)
The lock minimap in position is a very good idea maybe even do the same for other windows that can be moved around like the backpack because i for one like to have my backpack open all the time

Yeah it begs for improvements. I think we can either get rid of the window title and reduce empty space here and there or alternatively decrease button sizes and place them over the title. Either way, I'll try to pretty it up.

Well, yes and no . I just wanted a clean way to concatenate strings so resorted to String.join which is a Java 8 feature.
I guess it wouldn't hurt to replace it with something Java 6-7 compatible. Will do for the next update.
