Any info on how this res file itself was created ? (ie updating it with changed mesh data)
(Current version of Resource tool don't support importing modified mesh-data in this case)

Think flat cupboard could use a little tweaking to fix its spotlight shadow issues. (seems related to interfering faces at the top part of the flat-cupboard)
(a additional somewhat taller version comes to mind too)
