I'm havin a crash issue, I'm not sure what exactly it is, but whenever I attempt to select my character and play it will load and the map will show things on it but crashes before I can actually move around in the game

Do you get any errors (either a window or a hs_err_pid* file generated in the client's dir) or does it just drop you back to the character selection/login screen? When did it start happening? How frequent is it? Only for specific character or all?

This file was generated in the clients dir. It started happening when I got a new computer and has been happening every time I try to load the game, and on every character too.

Looks like an instance of this.
Try updating the drivers using Intel's site instead of Windows update.
Or if you have another GPU in the system, in its configuration utility there should be an option to specify Java to use discrete GPU instead of integrated.

I tried updating the drivers with Intel but nothing happened. How would I go about going into an existing GPU's configuration utility and specifying Java to use discrete GPU?

I also updated my drivers just now but sadly nothing changed, It attempts to load the map but crashes and closes the client before it can finish

For NVIDIA cards:
1. Open the Nvidia Control Panel > Manage 3D Settings > Program Settings
2. Click Add > Browse and locate the Java executable (java.exe should be somehwre in C:\Program Files\Java\jdk1.8.0_77\bin or similar path)
3. Change the Preferred graphics processor to High-performance NVIDIA processor. Click Apply.

Don't know about AMD. Check in Catalyst (?) if there are any similar options.

Same error as Agnum I presume?
