Every once in a while my client starts to freeze up a bit and then closes itself.
Whenever this occuurs a log file is put into my amber folder in which I have unzipped the client.

I have over thirty of these with various numbers at the end but the file starts with hs__err_pid

I will attach the text file to this post and hope someone can help me with this annoying issue.. dangerous as well when in combat :(

Since you seem to have nvidia graphics card as well, go to the nvidia control panel and configure it use nvidia gpu instead of Intel's for Java - http://imgur.com/a/qGGSB

this might help too

Also i wonder why 32 Bit Java (x86) and not 64 Bit and thus a 64 Bit client ?

Very clear explination, and coincidentally I'm also Dutch which made it even easier haha :).

However the problem unfortunately still occurs so I'm clueless as to what to do now.. :(

Edit: It also states in the bottom right corner that Intel HD Grapics Driver has stopped responding. I have updated to the most recent version and everything is correctly installed (did this several times to make sure).
My windows 7 shitty desktop has no problems at all.
This is only on new windows 10 laptop which has like 4x the specs of the desktop so this is quite frustrating.
Anyone any idea? Thanks in advance

Is there some way to modify this client to use grid-based menu keys rather than these absurd you-have-to-memorize-everything hotkeys? I'm stuck with a Steam Controller while my mouse is out of commission and I'd be FINE if I could just program the grid to be a grid...
Besides... Steam Controller or no, it's pretty unintuitive for me. I'm not going to memorize these things.

Hello there,

i'm not getting what i missed.
I got my eclipse to compile this client with the build.xml file but i can't run it.
Code: Select all
Aug 19, 2016 5:02:54 PM java.util.prefs.WindowsPreferences <init>
WARNING: Could not open/create prefs root node Software\JavaSoft\Prefs at root 0x80000002. Windows RegCreateKeyEx(...) returned error code 5.

   at haven.Config$4.<init>(Config.java:226)
   at haven.Config.<clinit>(Config.java:225)
   ... 1 more

Interesting thing is: Build is perfectly fine. E.g. i can start the client (haven.jar from build folder).

I have an Nvidia GTX 760SC

I've done all the modifications to the control panel, overclocked my video card, overclocked my CPU, and still my client only runs at 19 fps while in my base. Meanwhile Ender's and Default client seem to run at 60fps stable. I really would love to use your client, but at the moment the only thing I use it for is for the Auto-Leveling.

It seemed to be fine when I first started using it, now that I've developed an established base, it runs like utter crap. All graphics options turned completely off, and still I get 19-25 fps on a good day. I would love to figure this out. Either that, or is there something that has been changed in your client vs. Ender's and Default?
I just love to stalk the Jorbtar

It's saying that the client is too old when trying to log in.
