Redesigned combat settings window - changed the way action points assigned and also added filters for filtering actions by type (I am missing 2 combat discoveries, so those, whatever they are, will be shown only under the -all- filter.)

What's up with the frame out being so low when my character is outside?
Do I need to reinstall the client, to restore the frame rate back to normal?

Yea and it really interfere with the gameplay. Max frame rate is around 16 and makes the game glitch almost every 3 to 4 seconds. While playing outside, while indoors the frame rate is at 40 or above.

it would be nice if you could remake combat ui so it only takes top of the screen and the keys take the bottom of the screen. Right now, half middle of the screen is covered by buttons and combat ui, it's very bad design, could resize the UI to be 2 times smaller too.
