Try to delete hafen-res.jar and redownload it again through the launcher. Seems like it got corrupted during previous download.

When I try to run the updater, it opens for a split second and then closes.

Shows no logs on the CMD window that I can see.

There was a client change that will require all the custom clients to update before they will work. Right now I think romovs' Amber client is the only one that has been updated and working.
