aww, i kind of love display sign crops.

so i'm on a mac and my map is corrupted. it's always been corrupted pretty much. it seems to have an (invisible) line in the middle of it that shows as unexplored map on the other side until you cross it, and then you can see the map on the new side and the place you just were disappears. it also shows resources (heartwoods and stuff) misplaced. sometimes.

if this sounds totally strange i'll try to get a video, otherwise let me know if there's a known fix? i've tried completely deleting everything haven-related i can find, but it's still acting up...

When I open the map and click a zoom I crash the client:

Update.

Fixes a crash when rendering broken gemstone display signs from previous game patch.
Also,
New:

• Extension for filling smelters with 8 and 9 coal.
  
• Extension for equipping sword, battleaxe, or axe from the inventory or a belt. In that order.
  
• Extension for dismounting nearest riders.

If you don't mind losing map markers or any remaining maps that still work you could delete %APPDATA%\Roaming\Haven and Hearth folder to start afresh.
(or ~/.haven on Mac)

I'm looking to change the java directory in the bat to a Portable Java Launcher but no matter how many times I edit the .bat file I can't get the program to open. It instantly closes when I try to open it. I have changed the "java" in the .bat to the .exe file located in my launchers directory but I still can't get it to work. Any help would be appreciated.

Add pause to the last line. It will keep the console window open.

I've only just gotten around to updating the client after the latest update and now it won't work, there is no error msg or anything, I initially got the security check msg asking me if I wanted to run it which has never happened before, I said to run and then after clicking run.bat it just acts like it's busy loading but then nothing happens. I waited for over 10 mins but nothing, it didn't load up ... any idea what is wrong?

Paste this into run.bat (right click -> edit) and try running it again

Are you updating from the download button that pops-up inside the client or by downloading full zip from OP?
