Hmm I just fixed daylight cycle (works exactly as in official client now) when not using Ctrl+N. There were no other changes related to color scheme.

I've toyed with the idea of rotating minimap but IMO it makes things even more confusing, you completely loose all sense of direction. Plus frankly it's pain to implement so this is probably a no go.
The idea of showing where the charcter is facing is interesting though. Will look into it.

Yep it's on the TODO list. Shit + Q, W, E, R would be probably more convenient for that though. I would like too keep number keys available for other things.

My mate finally convinced me to switch to this client instead of redownloading the autohaven each time I log in; the functionality is great, map is fantastic etc. etc., but I am somehow getting low FPS (sic!) compared to when I launch the game with autohaven. It's nothing critical, the difference is minimal, but it's still hard on the eyes. I'll tweak video options a bit (when server goes up), but I guess with a lot of functions comes a lot of pressure on the renderer (or whatever, i'm not a pro here). Removing shadows fixes the FPS for me, terrain moves smoothly (as opposed to almost undetectable, but still eyesight-tearing micro-stops), but let's be honest, w/o shadows the game looks like crap. I can live without flavour objects, I guess, but awww =( Maybe some optimization is in order. Thanks for your work here, though, again - great functionality.

In default client and in this also there is 3 types of camera.
Anyone can switch it.

Try
:cam bad

May be this one is that you want
:cam follow

And to get everything back as it was before - type
:cam ortho

Maybe you can add some switch to settings, to make it simple :)

Hello,
Would it be possible to make crafting window in the way that it would disappear when right clicking on it?
Currently there is just that small x in the right upper side to close it or pressing esc but that doesn't work always.
If there is another way already then i'd like to know.
