How do i run the updater, i'm new, please help...

Did you try by doubleclicking it or Run (as Administrator) ?

You need to have Java installed already ...

I can't run any of the contnents of the .rar, i don't undestand what i'm doing wrong

It's not .rar but .jar (Java Archive)

Look for your Java folder - if 64 Bit it's normally installed at

C:\Program Files\Java\jre1.8.0_162\bin

Right click updater-hafen.jar and choose java.exe to run it

I dont have that forder, i have a :
C:\Program Files\Java\jre1.8.0_161 one..., sorry, is there an aditional stedp i din't take?

Sorry for confusing you - you're fine with 161 which is the actual one

(162 is the same as 161 with some optional stuff you only need under certain circumstances but not for HnH)

Is it working for you now?

If not:

Make a folder called Ender - shove updater-hafen.jar in there

copy

C:\Program Files\Java\jre1.8.0_161\bin\java.exe -jar updater-hafen.jar

paste in Editor (Notepad.exe) and save as updater.bat (make sure not to save as a text file) in your Ender folder

doubleclick updater.bat

I dont think is wotking, the keyboard shortcuts aren't working, the ender client ones...
