Updated client:
  • added free ortho cam to camera options - behaves like ortho camera, but without angle snapping to 90 degree steps
  • added more global hotkeys (camera controls, claim display toggles)
  • added rebinding of some widget-specific hotkeys added by loftar (quick chat, speed control, combat target switching)

What do you mean? I don't see any mouse cursor lag.

Client doesn't know aggro radius of animals. But it is possible to add some large red circle to aggressive ones.

yes that's what I was thinking about, amber client had it and it was pretty useful to have but what it didn't have was agro area for bats and cave rats
and if it's possible and easy you could add simple UI mode?

also is there a keybind that enables you to see texture names? I remember amber had it and it might be a default client thing but I can't remember the combination to enable it, it showed texture_dolomite or something like that when you hovered your mouse over something

Seriously Ender your work is super appreciated. Without a solid alternative to the default I think we would all whither like daisies. Thank you.

yeah, thought I remembered that being in every client — just hold shift and hover mouse to see res path. was nice to help identify unknown objects.
