Im still using your tool.
I've been having a little trouble latly. It seems my map has gotten so big that auto merge no longer works. it just gives up and lags out.

I copyed the error out of the error log~ but im not sure this is it or anything
10/13/2015 9:31:07 AM Error reading settings 1

All I would not mind a Zoom 6 (maybe even 7 :o) added~ the big map kinda big after all :p

Also Markers are kinda hard to see~
Can there be a way. maybe a over lay screen. with the Icons(,Thier text and their Qs too) that I made all listed?
I make alot since i run around testing clay and water everywhere. :D

Dirt Icon would be nice ~

Keep up the great work :D

In Manual Merge mode there is a drop-down to select the base layer. That drop-down box does not translate in position and becomes hidden when you resize the map panes/window. The merge button acts appropriately.

Try deleting the fingerprint file from the session directory you are trying to merge.

BUG:

When you have surface grid and cave layer displayed the cave layer disappears if you click on options and only displayes again if you close and reopen the application.

the best map tool in the forum :D

could you add separate checkbox for routes layer? map looks pretty messy when you have tonns of markers and trying to add routes
also would be nice to have zoom in session window of manual merge tool :)

Will try to improve this with the next release.

I'll see if this can be done.

Could you please provide some details?

Meanwhile here are some fixes and features.

Current version: 3.2.9
Changes:
1. Tile selection for deletion is now performed by array. Ctrl+click 2 opposite angles of rectangle to select it.
2. Tile selection can be performed in any zoom now.
3. Added option "Overwrite Tiles on Merge". Normally this option should be enabled. Older files do not overwrite newer ones if the session is matched. But in case you want to merge an old map(sesson) that contains newer-dated files for some reason(copied from other source for example), you will want to toggle this option off in order to keep actual tiles in your archive and add only new tiles from the map(session).
4. Session names displayed without full path in manual merge window.
5. Tracks are toggled separately from markers now. Option is saved in settings.
6. Fixed crash when no layers are selected.
7. Fixed auto-merge bug when working with uncommon file names (Merge error 8)
8. Layer selection picklist is displayed correctly on manual merge window resize.
9. Fixed sessions scrollbar in manual merge window.
10. Fixed tile deletion. Now correctly removed from other zoom levels.
11. Fixed tile selection. Now much less laggy in small zoom.
12. Fixed map display after closing the options window.
13. Fixed possible auto-merge looping in case of errors. Added logging.
14. Fixed program saving backup files even if backup is not enabled.
15. Fixed bug with displaying layers after closing options window.
