Thats a good question. Haven't even noticed that.
I'll investigate and give you the answer. Thank you for the report.

Matching Tiles have exactly the same size (25 506B) but there are not merged together as they don't exist.

Default client does not save map in files.

seems that the program delete's error sessions even if deleting is forbidden in settings. Is it any way to disable this? I'm using v. 3.0.10

Can you try to merge only this single session? (place it to a separate directoty) What does the merger say at the end?

In the ender's directory I suppose? Map folder.

It is not. It may be removing "broken" sessions with a misplaced tiles to the ErrorSessions folder.

Hi
I set the option like this :
map archive directory : D:\ender\Haven-and-Hearth-client-modified-by-Ender-master\archive\
session directory : D:\ender\Haven-and-Hearth-client-modified-by-Ender-master\map\

it works just fine for my first session but I can't make it work for the others sessions ...
Could you help me please ?

ok I found the issue.
If I don't start my session at the same place the 9 first tiles are not the same than in the archive and it messes up everything
