TP Map Tool v4.0.27

Postby Telakh » Wed Sep 02, 2015 7:25 am

Hey folks!
We'd like to share our Map Tool that we've been using through H&H and Salem for years.

Please note that the program has been updated recently and the decription may not be complete.

Time Paradox Map Tool

Current version: 4.0.27.

1.Fixed bug that sessions sent to server are not removed with "delete sessions" option enabled.
2.Finally fixed merging errors regarding mistakes in IDS.txt file. Quite a few sessions will be considered broken. See error.log for details.
3.Added option to disable (by default) old map merging algorithm that used to compare all tiles as it takes quite a while on big map archive (15k+ tiles). Map merge will use only IDS.txt files to compare sessions if you don't select the second algorithm.
4.Selected marker types are memorized upon program closure and will be selected automatically upon startup.
5.Fixed current zoom level indication in the bottom line.

See readme.txt for the changelog.

v.3.0.5
Changes:
1. Multy-layer display functionality has been fixed.
(Was bugged in earlier versions due to the major program rework and no H&H practice lately.)

Yay! I take pleasure from Salem. Works perfectly! The Creator of respect and respect. Thank you, Vladimir.

Thanks for the bug report. The error has been fixed.

Current version: 3.0.6
Changes:
1. Fixed error with AutoMerge during first use. It failed to add the first session to the map archive if no map tiles has been added before.
Please pay attention, that program setup before the first us is recommended. See the ReadMe file.
2. Manual merge option is temporary disabled and will be available soon.

You can place your friends' sessions in to your own sessions folder and the program will merge them in exactly the same way is if they were yours. If the merge is possible (there are similar map tiles).

But anyway could you please add such feature? I want to make system using google disk where my friends will store their current sessions (it will upload automatically) and using this tool ill merge it all.

I've got the idea. We should be able to make it possible in a couple of days.

Do I have to rename all my map tiles? because when I try to move them to the "5 Folder" it just asks to replace the ones currently in there?

Can you please describe your actions and what would you like to achive? You don't have to manually copy any additional tiles to the 5 folder if you have them there already. The program merges sessions automatically if they include the same tiles (first check by size) with the ones that you have in 5 folder.
