How to mod the textures of haven?

This is more of a question than a guide and since no one has posted this yet I thought it would be a good idea to start using those brains to figure this out. Has anyone figured out how to edit the models/textures to introduce things such as short cupboards and different texture packs. Please share your wisdom. Thanks

Someone will have to write a haven resource exporter/importer.

As far as I'm aware several people have done it before, and several people are trying to do it again. Perhaps some of the old tools could be partially working with the new resources.
