Macro Gamer or a Logitech keyboard are fast and easy solutions if you have access to them. You can record the song and it saves it, you could edit the delays. Auto it or AHK if you're a bit more advanced.

2. Implement a bot engine into a custom client
3. Create a music script

5. Profit

No seriously, it's like asking: "Hey can anyone tell me how to speak fluent Chinese?"

You can use the macro method as described above, or you will have to find someone who is able to code..
