I got it to work by only installing 64 bit java (previously I had both x32 and x64 versions and copying 5 lib files didn't work). It still breaks hafen clients, so I use 2 bat files that copy/delete these files in java folder.

that's what i meant with ren (rename) batches

http://www.howtogeek.com/111859/how-to- ... iple-files

ren *.jar *.jarorg for hafen or other Legacy clients with libs in their root folder

ren *.jarorg *.jar for Legacy Apoc

where * stands for jar names needed
i.e.
renforhafen.bat
Code: Select all
ren  gluegen.jar gluegen.jarorg
ren  gluegen-rt.jar gluegen-rt.jarorg
ren  gluegen-rt-natives-windows-amd64.jar gluegen-rt-natives-windows-amd64.jarorg
ren  jogl-all.jar jogl-all.jarorg
ren  jogl-all-natives-windows-amd64.jar jogl-all-natives-windows-amd64.jarorg

renforapoc.bat
Code: Select all
ren  gluegen.jarorg gluegen.jar
ren  gluegen-rt.jarorg gluegen-rt.jar
ren  gluegen-rt-natives-windows-amd64.jarorg gluegen-rt-natives-windows-amd64.jar
ren  jogl-all.jarorg jogl-all.jar
ren  jogl-all-natives-windows-amd64.jarorg jogl-all-natives-windows-amd64.jar

save in lib/ext and link on desktop

while it's still a faulty way to do ... libs compiled to be in client root is a better way

Bump (again) - Now the client no longer needs a custom JOGL installation
In hindsight, I should've made sure that the client would build properly before I uploaded and took a break from HnH, but oh well :P

looks good !

people who want it on Linux just need to get the natives and drop them into root folder (besides creating sh file)

I installed it directly and tried running it and got this. Is there something I have to do before hand?

Unable to access jarfile haven.jar

Is there a haven.jar inside folder ?!? (! if your system is set to not show file extentions and it shows .jar delete that .jar - or you try to run haven.jar.jar )

Is it it proper? Might got corrupted either when downloading or copying/moving ("installing")

btw. better resize image or use edit function of cmd window (right click on window titlebar) next time please
