Most optimized client

Which client should work best on my computer ? I'm currently using a client from Amber romovs . I have a 20-5 fps . I would like to have a stable 20 fps.

Theres one client called bison grass where you can disable most of the graphics.

Wowowoowowoowow.
What is that Sepron processoe???? What is his intel equivalent??? It looks like it has less specs than my pentium 4 and its working at 20 fps lol!

Ive instaled ubuntu to try it again.
But isnt windows 7 8 and 10 better managin the ram than xp????
