Graphic mods?

Is there a reason why there are no graphic mods being posted? Is it harder/impossible to do now or something?

I use my own cleaner UI but there's a lot more technical aspects and effort to modifying actual in-game graphics than there were in legacy, before it was just knocking up a .png.
