Where's my ling? Web service to locate you on the world map

Postby b0r3d0m » Wed May 04, 2016 11:03 am

Just started a game and wonder where r u in this world?

Yep, you can browse the world map on http://odditown.com/haven/map, but do you really want to do it manually? Nah, I don't think so.

Here you go -- web service that find the specified map tile on the world map and give you the (x, y) coordinates:

http://188.166.90.118:8000/

All you need to do is upload the map tile (you can find it inside the "map" directory when using custom clients like Amber) and wait for results (note that it will probably take few minutes).

Feedback and bug reports are very appreciated.

thanks bro!
There was a wise soviet conscript that was surrounded by the enemy on the battle of Stalingrad. A mortar shot teared his pants apart causing a big hole in his pants right on his right butt cheek. He felt a glorious cold ass breeze of wind on his butt cheek, like it would be sent by stalin himself, he said - hide your butts

Seems I cannot get into the site? My browser is simply telling me that the site is taking too long to respond. I've used the site before, I've had no changes so, I know it's not something on my end.
