Custom client's share config?

My setup
2 different clients, Amber and Purus. Each one in one separated folder.

What I want to archieve:
Open Purus for main character. Enable all visual effects, hotbars, etc...
Open Amber for alters. Disable visual effects, hotbars, quest overlay, tiny chat font, etc...

What I get
Last closed client overrides the config to every client.


Any ideas?

Purus = Amber + few more changes.

so looks like Purus didn't change Amber's place for saving configuration settings. which is not bad, but just as is.

Amber's still uses registry to store config so it's settings require special attention to purge. I'd suggest it to him to switch to a config file like prime is currently doing for these same compatibility issues

(Could be the roaming folder not the registry, I dont remember exactly, I just scrapped the whole system in favor of a local file)

Sorry there is no way to do that currently with Purus+Amber.
I've been meaning to switch to config files but need to finish up a couple other things before that. Will try to deal with that when the new world calms down a bit.

But if you are using Purus Pasta. Why would you need any another client?
Having "Default config" and you could add optional ones that you could assign to certain characters might be neat though.
