OBS, screen capture mode ... the only one that works well, at least since the last time I checked.

With OBS, there is a decent guide to making good quality local recordings as well.

Kind of old but, it's all still good information. You will probably have to tweak it a bit to get the quality you want but, it's not difficult.
Although, one thing I do not like about the settings this guide advises using is that the video files are huge. It's not much better with other recording solutions, though.
