and HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\JavaSoft\Prefs\haventhen start Amber - look if maps and markers are there - if not try to overwrite the first with backup

Ard client shared map locations with Amber, which did not share map locations with Default and Purus. You should be able to transition back to Amber seamlessly.
