ok so first idea, lets put all the different walking speeds in the bottom right menu, under adventuring so that they can be setup as hotkeys on the bar.
ok and the other one, is a hotkey to allow you to load seed or anything really to a trough from your inventory, by holding shift-ctrl or something and left cliking the object while the trough was open?
anything, pumpkins are annoying

Ctrl-R isn't good enough for you?
The trough idea has been overdone. Even if it wasn't why would you need a hotkey for it?

you can speed-load troughs with shift+rightclick. you can also put full pumpkins in, they fill the same amount of space as slicing them and adding the individual pieces.
and skorm, you don't use pacho's? it has multiple hotkey bars you know.
