Hand Pump - Faster and More fill choices

searched for hand pump and iron well, nothing came up and many search words kept getting ignored. Sorry if this was already suggested... but until better way of searching is implemented... there gonna be repeats

Name: Hand Pump
Build location: over water spots
Build Cost: Bronze/Iron or just Iron?

Purpose: Fills buckets without waiting or drastically reduced time, and can fill barrels directly and tanning tubs directly

Reasoning: Since there is a Clay version of the cauldron that takes 10 mins to warm up, and an iron one that works instantly, why not make an "metal type" well that does the same thing. You would have to break the current well over your water spot and rebuild it when you have the metal.

Yeah sounds decent. Cost would have to be suitably high cost though. Its a great advantage for sure.
