The Germanic tribes having come into contact with wine is documented since at least the times of the roman republic, I know for sure. Significant parts of the Germanic mythos in itself is probably not much older than the Migration Period (300-700 ADish) at which point wine would obviously be common. Wine is of course prevalent in the wider indo-european mythoplex.
Tea is more questionable, but a lot of the things I've planned for will take us well into the 19th century anyway... and, well, not having tea is just not an option. I'd rather make cows that hatch from eggs than remove tea.
