Newer players now have an easy food source, and we now have a use for frogs

Well then if they are Toads, how about the option to lick them and get some crazy buffs? (We need another drug thread in C&I don't we?)

Dicklegs allready drawn and ready. It's just that I'm a bit reluctant to make the early game even more of a breeze in terms of easy access to food. True, they could be made rarer and harder to catch.
