Equipping a waterflask in an equip slot, most likely in a hand would be rather cool.

When stam goes low, it auto drinks for you, if you have it equipped.

Now i know that most of you will be like "BUT TEH MAKROWERS WILL HAFF MOAR AVANTIDGE!!!"

And i reply with: "Breathing gives macroers an advantage, so stfu"

It'd be a nice feature to add, for mining and other things, but ESPECIALLY for RUNNING FOR YOUR FKN LIFE!!! when chased by frothing animals and whatnot.

This could be a disadvantage to ppl who chop trees then make buckets out of them, ie : bucket spammorz.

This could be an advantage to non-spammers, and ppl that are just generally lazy when it comes to right clicking on a waterflask all the time.

When equipped, and you right click on a bucket, the flower menu that opens could say, "Fill flask" as an option so as to avoid "ctrl-e"'-ing everytime you want to refill.

How would this be an advantage to macroers...

Do you honestly think it's hard to script your character to drink whenever your stam goes below 60 or whatever?


Either way, I'd say no for this, running and drinking at the same time is a skill that needs to exist, otherwise the nubs could always just run away from the better players.
If this would be implemented, the player with the most buckets in his inventory would win the running :|

eh... the only thing that really makes anybody able to catch anybody running is by using their waterflask efficiently.

This implementation would completely ruin that.

the previous suggestion was to drink from waterflasks/skins in the hotbar

simpler, but essentially the same. (obviously i prefer that one to jgudge's convoluted idea)

Sure, as long as drinking would be interrupted by changing direction (left clicking anywhere).

It's buggy on the gilbertus, and you can't do it, but on the main client you can.

And my idea's not convoluted... :cry:
