Makes sense in theory, but the tobacco buff is really only useful in certain instances and in both of those instances you'd likely be at your village where you've got a massive supply of tobacco anyway. There's really no reason to need to bring multiple uses of tobacco with you out on a trip or anything.

This saves space, wine racks do not. So its not as useless I guess.

I wonder if the people who draw analogies with winerack have missed the word 'handheld' in OP's description :?

1)You have to actually make one
2)You have to actually carry it with you
3)The only practical use it has is when moving 'liftables' back and forth between areas because tobacco sucks compared to wine unless you're using it for a lot of moving in a short period of time. Easier to just have a chestful of it at one side if it's inventory objects, so it's only use is liftables.

Would it be great in that instance? Sure, but it's something very specific. Would be better if this could be on your belt or some shit. Like a little sack to fit most drugs in when the substance system is done (like Boar Tusk [Cocaine], Hemp, Tobacco, etc)
