Idea to fix sieges and switching vaults

When there is ram persent on claim (village or personal) - no teleportation is allowed for people on that claim. This includes prevention of bashing own hf and randomspawn as well as Adventure->Travel of any form.

ADD:
Also, rams should have two states, "activated" and "not activated". Not activated ram can still be used to break things, but does not produce teleportation blocking effect, while activated does. Activating a ram should cost some amount of LP (like 100k). This is to prevent griefing by ram spamming.

does this also mean that you cannot port if you build it yourself. some limitations should be made because of all the circumstances a ram can be used for.

Great idea, very interesting. Would solve so much problems right now.

In fact it's a great change to people who dislike teleportation during warfare in general.

Wont that make Defensive Ram against Brick Longwall useless? Unless you can detect (via scents) that it is a freindly or enemy ram?

@Windforce - Why would the people on the claim choose to activate the Defensive Ram?

Defendsive Ram is to protect against enemy Longwall/strongboxing their Rams.

Well lumpsum LP isnt good idea, 100k LP is cheap to get.

How about having it like a "Ram LP Bank (or auth?)" You need to load it with LP and it drains LP from the "Ram LP Bank" over time once its draiend of LP, the "Siedge is lifted". or something along that line.

What if your village is expanding banners all over and someone decides to be a complete dick and build a ram on an extension of your village claim in the middle of no where.

Wouldn't that make finding it rather difficult but still initiate the no teleportation mode? Perhaps it needs to be within a certain distance to idol.
