LP bank solution

If the makers of this game do not want LP banks to exist or think claims are being used not as intended, here's my solution.

Let's say your character is full change, owns a claim and gets killed. He inherits his old character including the claim, but if he wants the claim refunded, since his ancestor was full change, it will reduce 75% of the LP put into it. Would this be a good idea?

... but make them shrinkable so you don't have to redo them to reshape it.

What about having either, a "Land" Skill where depending on your skill is it the max land you can claim at any time
or just have a global value you can modify on Your idol, where you can DEPOSIT LP and just work as it currently does, the difference being that even if you declaimed the land you could NEVER get the lp back, but it also would not be "wasted".

In general I support harsher death penalties, and claims are a cheesy way to soften the blow. Besides, I think that claiming land should be srs bzns, not something to be done for no good reason and at no cost whatsoever.

Different rules for declaiming when you died and when you didn't die would be a bit too inconsistent for my taste.

Clearly there should be a max pclaim size, or just a standard pclaim size that can't be changed.
