its 40mins on purpose, so you have to time it right to get them or otherwise go for peppers. its called balance, either time it right or go for something thats more work but gives you all the time you want and need.

"but i cant be on at the right time to get the buds".... yes, thats why you have to go for peppers then, superior in effect(duration at least and amount needed) buds are a reward for those who can be there, though people seem to think peppers are a punishment for those who cant....
