New buildings

For new buildings

Big wine barrel
Liftable- false
Place- 2X2
Can hold up to 1000 litres of water, milk, wine etc.
You can place this building only on paved terrain, outside
Cost:
-20X board
-4X any common metal
Why- because it would be better if we want to store a lot of high q water and other things.

Silkworm coop (I don't know how to name this)
Liftable- true
Place- 2X1
Can hold up to 25 silkworm eggs, eggs turn onto worm in 4 real-time hours, it will automaticly breeded by muldberry leafes (you place muldberry leaves at storage place under silkworms/silkworms eggs)
Cost:
-20X plant fibres
-12X board
-10X straw
Why- better for place silkmothes, and more logic than cupboard-herblist table-cupboard.

A container for raising silkworms with a through-like interface would be super neat. Dunno about removing herbalist tables from the equation, though, it'd devalue silk and deny LP.

Come to think of it the whole silk production could use a revamp. Having moths in cupboards is just odd. Something similar to an aviary with a whole new mechanic seems more appropriate.

Yes, there should be more ways to use glass, and I have some ideas, maybe some other types of glass, too.

If we could also pit ants against each other (and then I could start an Ant Arena) it'd be super awesome.

I'm all for both of OPs ideas, the barrel is spot on, I hope we get something like it, it's like these new containers, sure you can just live with it,but until someone brings it up you never know just how bad you needed it. I can fill 2 barrels of milk a day with a modest set up of cows, I can't use that just as often so yeah :/

The silk sounds like a good idea too, but definitely something more similar to a butterfly cage would be nice to have around :)

It should only apply to the feeding stage to replace cupboards

I like the idea of battling insects. If we had longer lived moths I could raise my favorite daikaiju.

Shouldn't the big wine barrels be kept in the cellar? You don't keep wine out in the open, cellars are nice and cool, that's what they're used for.
