Prison Cells.

When you knock someone out and right click them, there would be an option to drag, you can then drag them to a cell and put them in there(If you have the key). When a player is imprisoned in a cell they can only spawn in the cell. When you build the cell you get a key. The skill to build a prison cell would come after murder and maybe be 200k lp or so.

Nice idea. And I think you should have rope equiped to do that.

Like everyone else says, it's been suggested and shot down many times. What purpose would this serve anyway?

The intended purpose is usually in order to do something worse than just kiling someone.
The problem is that no one would play on a slave character evne for just X days, there's no way to make it 'fun', and if it was 'fun' it wouldn't be prison.
It's an idea that doesn't work good in any MMO really...

having a person as a slave isn't gonna work. however tying up a body and putting him in a cage could easily work. And the purpose would be for randsom. The person would have the option of bitting their tongue to kill themselves if they didn't want to try and free their character. The person could log in, but couldn't move, and right clicking themselves would give them a suicide option.

That's just as bad. It could be abused to go right back to #1. Not to mention the main reason people want 'prisons' is to not allow the person to reincarnate which is very annoying. You always have the option of staying logged in for about 24hours so you starve to death, however the option to kill yourself does not make it any better of an idea, read the other threads for reasons on both sides of pretty much every idea brought up dealing with prison/slavery...

Couldn't you just travel to your hearth fire after you regain consciousness? Unless this prison cell is also magical.
