Voting should involve charisma, so the LS can't just swear in an army of alts to sway the vote his way.

i like this idea but it seems like it would be hard to do right. we would need a way to only get rid of the inactive LS, not kick out active ones.

Maybe better a RL week to include the votes of casual players (eg. the ones who only have no life on weekends).
Also some form of notification to all voters would be needed, to make ninja-style takeovers harder.

Question though is how this should balanced?
Maybe CHA of voter should count something? Else the chieftain could import some handfull of fresh alts to get majority and vote away the LS.

(Edit: Poetje already posted the 2nd part, but for some reason i was unable to commit this post since the site was down to me)

i still dont get the point of it, we wanna kick inactive LS, not active ones, if ppl just dont like either the vill or the LS they can just leave, or kill him, the point of this is getting rid of the INACTIVE one, thats why i like the idea of vic about him being kicked after some time.

Setting exacts on time constraints or amount constraints is pretty much always a mistake.

If I wanted to go on a month vacation and got stranded somewhere for an extra day not logging in would ufck me over. With that said also if you want to wait, do that if you don't mind remaking banners and stuff it'll decay in that time.

Another fine thing would be another condition for the vilage: 0~10k Auth = Lawspeaker is takeable by anyone in the village.

In order for this to work though Leaving Vilage should not drain Auth, only being kicked.

Would be a gritty fix, but a short term fix

That would lead to villagers being forced to be inactive to be able to claim the role.

if the lawspeaker is going to be away for a month they should probably step down and give it to someone who's gonna be on...

Yeah, I would say they should either step down or be force-removed after a set amount of time(maybe more then a month, maybe less then a month.) if they just up and quit the game while still being a lawspeaker.

Either that or if they plan a vacation(and most people plan ahead for vacations..) make someone else temporarily the law-speaker until they get back(It doesn't take that much to become a lawspeaker...). Either that or if my idea was implemented log in a week before your vacation and thus giving you plenty of time to take that vacation and get back and continue your duties as a lawspeaker well before the month time limit kicks you from lawspeaker position.
