Thin Stone walls probably do...
Maybe weaker than a brick wall or palisade but stronger than a wooden fence.
Requires lots of stone, but also require something to hold the stone together... Bone glue for cornerposts?
My requirements:
Initial Cornerpost - (75) Stone, (2) Bone Glue
Subsequent Cornerpost - (35) Stone, (1) Bone Glue
Wall section - (15) Stone
Gate - (35) Stone, (1) Bone Glue
Well since the topic is on Non-decaying, I'd think of stone or natural walls...
Maybe use dirt mounds?
It's a natural non-decaying material, that people have been using for ages.
A long mound of dirt typically slows people to a crawl since they have to exert strength to climb over it.
