In terms of real-world uses for bones, there's bone jewelry, bone needles (small sewing bonus?), bone spear tips...

Haahaha, I like this idea. If the graphic for it is done right it could potentially look pretty sweet.

...bone music instruments...

Talking about music, it can be used as happiness control and/or specific use in rituals.

Bone has as much use as any other crafting materials, it's just up to your imagination.

Bone doubles as a possible sharp blade too, so I don't know why you can't make knives or blades out of them... Bone is lighter than Stone, but is still durable, so you can make Bone Axes for example.

Of course there's limits too. Bone can't do everything metal can do, but metal can't do everything bone can do.

What about bait? Bones with bloody rag and intestines to lure creatures (or repel them)?

Also, bone can be used as a fuel (and was in regions with sparse wood), although it requires a much hotter fire and forced air control.
Hearthlings: Marona; Chamberlain (retainer alt), Vincavec (shaman of the Dryad Wells Forest)
