And so I'm not entirely off topic, if we restarted every time it got really laggy, we would reach as much down time due to restarts in a week as we have had in crashes over the past month. I'd rather play a laggy game than no game at all, or getting caught in a continuous cycle of down, laggy, down, laggy during peak hours.
Or somehow fix the lag, and stop whining. Problem solved.
And as for those who say "Can you pay for the server". Quit shooting your own foot because there's quite a lot of people on the net who'd like to pay to host this game.
What? I don't understand what you are trying to address because none of what you said pertains to anything in my post that you quoted. I can't even decipher if you are agreeing or disagreeing with me. But so we're on the same page, I'm not whining, I'm pointing out why we shouldn't whine. Also, I know there are people who have offered to host the game, but IMHO if I were Jorb and Loftar I wouldn't let someone else host the game I put all of my effort into so that they can screw with the server source and ruin it for everyone. I hope more sense has been made.
