Yes, I've considered doing something like that; I've just stumbled on trying to think of any formatting that I'm content with. If it says "387 (582)", I think the second value appears somewhat irrelevant, even though it's the most important value out of the two. Doing it the other way seems very weird to me, though I can't quite put my finger on why.

what about saying "582 (387 base)", that sounds much better
