Nice idea. And I'd love to have something to do with dead bodies. I'm not against that ghost idea either, as it could provide an interesting activity to haunt your village mates, however, I would suggest that it be limited to only being able to go onto claims you had access to, or something like that, so that it can't be exploited, by spying or looking at the contents of something you don't have access to.

you shouldn't be able to move in this state and there should be a time limit. 10 minutes or so maybe.

It would be cool if you could view your ancestor history as well, a la ADOM/nethack.

Niltrias - 1 million LP. Eaten by a grue.
Bograin, son of Niltrias - 200,000 LP. Drowned.
Timon, son of Bograin, 5 Million LP. Slain in battle.
Gorsh, son of Timon, 450 LP. Bled dry by leeches.

etc. etc.

and have it show the people you've killed (names and icons), number of murder, theft, vandalism, etc. scents you've left, and that kind of thing.

ghosts are a p good idea too. 15 minutes maybe, and can only move around the minimap they were in when they died.

I really like the idea of an actual game over screen.

Were you thinking something like RotMG burg? Cause that's what it made me think of.

But on the ghost part. How about an after world, like a small area where you can hang out with other dead guys, and view the world from above.

Sounds cool. If there still was a ROB, it would be cool to be able to view it from there for when the world ends.

I would like to see tombstones in game, like runestones but with a different graphic

also should give runestones multiple lines of text
