I can't imagine not having "lift" as my #1 hotkey... That and "dig" on #2 are my only permanent hotkey decisions.

I've also found all the clicking with carts to be annoying... And also having to leave the cart before you can take stuff out of it.

Lift, Repair. Permanent. I keep Dig on my "Terrain Forming" (Alt+6) bar.

No it won't, you're not lifting the cart.

Cant live without Lift / Repair / Dig / Handplow in my main hotkeyset.

I only have repair and handplow in my bar because the shortcuts for lift and dig are easy enough
