But newbies dont know about them.

Cajoes is teasing. In World I and World II everyone spawned at one central location which was inside a ring of stones like Stonehenge called "The Ring of Brodgar". However this meant that the area immediately around the ring quickly became resource depleted. In fact in World II over-population of that are became so bad that abandoned claims and walls blocked new players from leaving the area and they would starve to death without help. It also became the place where pvp enthusiasts would go to harvest noobs and players who experienced lag upon logging in there, and after awhile the experienced players avoided the location. It was a wasteland. : (

So while your idea of having a central spawning area for noobs has a lot of good sides, in practice it has not been workable. Players who want guidance for noobs have not yet come up with a way to do this that is not hugely vulnerable to griefers, pvp and resource exhaustion. If you can figure out a good way of doing this I bet a lot of players would be highly grateful!

Thats why we can have NPC security guards around the area and also no one should be allowed to build ANYTHING within the city.

Didn't we tell you in IRC already that this game will never see NPCs or dev generated buildings, cities or whatever? Never!

This is a sandbox game.

A fucking sandbox game!

Do you know what a sandbox game is? Look it up.

To be frank, I cannot see this idea being accepted in a long time, maybe it will never be accepted. The point of the game is to learn things on your own or have somebody teach you. If the newbies want to learn faster then they will join villages.

I am a gangster, I mean... Maybe we can have a player owned city in which the players have guards that can look after the newbies.

Another idea is a mentoring system in which players older then 7 days can turn on "Mentor" system so when a new player gets made he will automatically become the older players "Follower" and th eolder player will become his "Mentor", kinda like adopting a child.

No, NPCs besides animals will never happen in this game. It is a sandbox game, in which there is meant to be as little NPCs as possible besides enemies, etc. You know, things that try to KILL you?

Do you know how horrible that sort of system would be? Do you know how a cold-blooded murderer can exploit that and kill as many newbies as he wants? Heck, it's more like adopting a slave or a punching bag!
