There would be plenty to do within the prison walls so that your stay wouldn't be acomplete waste of time. It would allow for deeper roleplay, and allow the Ranger guilds to have a purpose besides murdering the petty criminals. It would be for roleplayers only of course. No 1337 would even understand the concept.
